Delivery Update March 2022


This information relates to the delivery services of our carriers, and is a general guide only. Whilst we make every effort to keep this information as up to date as possible, situations can change quickly and without notice due to circumstances beyond our control. Due to ongoing COVID impact on freight services for all regions & areas, please allow delays of up to 3-5 days for collection and delivery of your order. 

We're doing our best to select carriers with shortest delivery times, however delays can arise very quickly due to low staff numbers & without notice, which is beyond our control. 



Due to ongoing rain and severe flooding, several roads are closed and carriers have imposed restrictions to their services as safety remains crucial to our partners.

Road services will be the most impacted for the coming weeks as access to the affected areas is limited or unavailable. 

Our partnered carriers have asked that we hold off dispatching non-essential freight into affected areas this week and next to prevent further backlog in the network.

Most Brisbane depots are closed which will cause delays in processing freight. Freight travelling inbound or outbound of Qld and NSW will also be delayed due to access issues.
